COMIC BIOS:

Ronnie Flemming, Comedian
Ronnie Fleming moved to New York City at 19 for film school before falling into city’s open mic comedy scene. There, he built his voice: quick, incisive jokes that are more than meet the eye.
This 10+ year comedy vet is currently based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he is a grant recipient at the Steel City Arts Foundation, a live/work/play environment in Pittsburgh. He also work with Don’t Tell Comedy, an international brand with weekly shows in over 40 different cities. In September of 2022, he recorded his first-ever comedy special at QED Comedy Club in Astoria, Queens.

Ronnie has appeared in the Brooklyn Comedy Festival, Laughing Devil Comedy Festival, North Carolina Comedy Festival, and The World Series of Comedy. He has appeared in The Huffington Post, Thought Catalog, New York Daily News, The Daily Dot, Keith and the Girl, The Hot Mess Comedy Hour podcast, The Nostalgic Front podcast, and The Special People with Tom Cowell podcast.

He was featured on viral videos Millennials: We Suck and We’re Sorry and Customer Service: It Gets Worse which were seen by a combined 4.7 million people. He produced and acted in the web-series Young Business (33 episodes) Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop (10 episodes), and Bushwick Crimes Division (3 episodes).

Ronnie hopes to one day join a bowling league.

Tyler Ray Kendrick, Comedian
What can be said about Tyler Ray Kendrick that hasn’t already been said about the Arby’s on McKnight Road? The last several years he has performed in all the major comedy markets in the US: New York City, Los Angeles, and Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. Mr. Tall, dark, and grandson himself. He’s a lover and a fighter. A lover of pho and a fighter for human rights. Just a real Gen X’er trapped in a millennial’s body. He was voted Best Comedian in 2022 Pittsburgh Magazine’s Best of the Burgh’.

Abby Elias, Comedian
Abby Elias is a born and raised yinzer that has performed for breweries, theaters, and music festivals throughout the city. Known for her padlock-tight joke writing, high energy persona, and good mix of story telling and personal reflection, Abby prides herself on her explicit nature without limiting herself to a strictly “sex joke comic”. Abby is NOT related to the NYC comic who had a beer thrown at her with a very similar name, but is not above capitalizing off of her fame. She can be found on Twitter (@itsabbye) or Instagram (@itsabbye_comedy).

Joey Welsh, Comedian
Joey Welsh is a full-time City of Pittsburgh firefighter by day and popular stand up comedian by night. Joey seamlessly blends anecdotes from his occupation with stories of new found fatherhood to create a relatable and funny experience for any audience member.

Joey won the 2017 amateur comedian contest for The Pittsburgh Comedy Festival and has become a regular performer at The Pittsburgh Improv. He’s opened up for the likes of Pete Lee, Tammy Pescatelli, Ismo and more!
Joey is also a co-founder of “We Got Next Comedy” which produces stand-up shows all over the tri-state region.

Adam Freesman, Comedian

Adam was a finalist for both the 2021 & 2022 Baltimore Comedian of the Year. He has opened for Andy Pitz (Sirius XM, Lettermen), Liz Miele (Gotham Live), and Mike Capozzola (Amazon Prime). Adam is a regular performer at The Port Comedy Club in Baltimore & Hotbed in DC, and has performed at many notable clubs around the US such as The Stand, Stand Up NY and The Lincoln Lodge. He will be making his debut at The Comedy Store - La Jolla this May.

Derek Minto, Host
A stand-up comedian currently residing on the top of a mountain in Pittsburgh, PA, Derek has been a featured comic for the WDVE comedy festival and voted best comic in the City Paper Best of the Burgh in 2016. In 2020, Derek recorded his first comedy album, ‘Live from Lawerenceville’s Finest Ham Themed Bar’ inside Hambone’s during the Covid lockdown. Derek has opened for Hannibal Burgess, Todd Glass, John Heffron, and Amy Schumer once drunkenly told him he was very funny. Derek has traveled the United States doing comedy but still finds any city without fries on their salad gross.
