Mila Shadel is a freelance musician and enjoys playing a variety of different styles of music around the Pittsburgh area. She grew up in McMurray, PA and studied guitar with Anthony Janflone Sr. while she was in high school. She then went on to complete her undergraduate degree in Guitar Performance at Duquesne University. There she had the opportunity to study with Eric Suseoff, Mark Koch, Thomas Kikta, Jeff Bush, and Mike Tomaro. She currently teaches at Sunburst School of Music in Squirrel Hill. She loves to share her passion for music through her guitar instruction and her performances.
