A little background on our newest spirit…

Two years ago, our distiller began a mission to create the perfect banana daiquiri. After experimenting with existing recipes, he realized that he would have to create his own banana liqueur to fashion the cocktail he envisioned.

While browsing through the New York Times, he came across a recipe for Banana’s Foster and inspiration struck. Carefully selecting what ingredients would best translate into the base of the spirit, he began to craft the liqueur. 

Boasting full banana flavor with hints of vanilla and peppery spice, our bananas undergo a slow maceration that is further enhanced with the addition of aged rum. This golden liqueur is made from both fresh and dried banana, vanilla bean, and lemon peel.
